Event Logging from the Browser

There's a great Node.js library for splunk logging (https://github.com/splunk/splunk-javascript-logging) but its not quite built for browsers as its a CJS module. Would be a great option to include this library from a CDN and start logging!

See discussion @ https://github.com/splunk/splunk-javascript-logging/issues/4
Thanks.

Since the HEC subsystem was created it seems very natural to want to log directly from a client application, perhaps after passing through a gateway proxy like Kong or similar to rate-limit and whatnot. While the browserify solution is technically workable for us, we'd strongly prefer not to since it makes upgrading/maintaining more tedious.
